is an online digital platform that enables Employers to source and procure Technical Professionals.
When you use the platform (Service), and register with www.mygenienetwork.com
as a Professional or as an Employer, you provide certain personal information.
As a Professional, you provide your name, contact details, financial information (to make and recieve payments),
personal identification number (to help us complete tax obligations), skills, experience, education level,
compensation (rate), work availability, and geographic region.
When you use the Service, we may also collect information related to your use of the Service and
aggregate this information with information about other users. This helps us improve our Services for you.
When you use our products and Services you may be asked to provide certain types of personal information. This might
happen through our website, applications, online chat systems, telephone, or paper forms. We may request, collect, or

- Contact Details – email address, phone number, residential address
- Location Details – physical address, billing address, time zone

You register for an account directly with our site and can later link your account to a social networking site such as
(LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, GitHub etc.). Once linked we will collect certain information about you from that social
networking service, and what we collect depends on your privacy settings with that social networking service. Mygenie
site may also allow you to “like” or share content with social networking services.
Your interactions with third parties through a social networking service or similar features are governed by the respective
privacy policies of those third parties. You represent that you are entitle to use your social networking service account for
the purposes described herein without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern the social networking
service, and without obligating Mygenie to pay any fees or making Mygenie subject to any usage limitations imposed by
such social networking service. You can disable the link between your Mygenie account and your social networking service
account at any time through the “settings” section of our service. Please note that your relationship with any social
networking service is governed solely by your agreements(s) with such social networking service. If your social networking
service terminates, then functions enabled through the link between your Mygenie account and your social networking
service account will terminate as well.
3. USE OF INFORMATION
The information we request, collect, and process is primarily used to provide users with the product or service they have
requested. Where relevant under applicable laws, all processing of your personal information will be justified by a
"condition" for processing. In most cases, processing will be justified on the basis that:

4. DATA RETENTION
Unless you request that we delete certain information, we retain the information you submit to verify your identity for 30
days and we retain other information we collect for at least 5 years. Your information may persist in copies made for
backup and business continuity purposes for additional time. If you choose to provide us with Personal Information, we
encourage you to routinely update the data to ensure that we have accurate and up-to-date information about you.
5. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURES
We provide your personal details to third parties, only in order to operate the Site, provide our services to you, fulfil
obligations imposed on us by applicable laws and regulations, and prevent fraud, infringements and illegal activities, as
detailed below. Our third-party service providers are bound by contract to only use your personal information on our
behalf, under our instructions.
Our third-party service providers may include:
- Cloud hosting, storage, networking, and related providers
- SMS providers
- Payment and banking providers
- Marketing and analytics providers

Information about freelancers (genies) shared with Clients (Employers), Agencies, Payroll Vendors, Benefit Providers, other
freelancers when there is a transaction involved (of buying or selling products). If you choose to view a job post and apply
to a job post as a Freelancer via the platform, we may share relevant information with the applicable client(s) including,
but not limited, the information contained in your profile.
Information about Clients and Agencies shared with freelancers, if you have entered into a service contract, we may
provide him/her with your name, company address, billing address, or tax ID in order to compete the transaction or to
facilitate the resolution of a claim or dispute.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our service, to provide the service on our behalf, to
perform service-related services (e.g. database management, payment processing, fraud detection and improving our
website features) or to assist us in analyzing how our service is used. These third parties may have access to your personal
information to perform these tasks on our behalf.
We will share your information to law enforcement agencies, public authorities or other parties in order to respond to a
subpoena or court order, judicial process or to regulatory authorities, if we believe we are required to do so by law, or that
doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with legal processes.
We share your information with payment processors, fraud detection agencies and similar third parties for the purpose of
securing the site and protecting it against fraud, unauthorized transactions (such as money laundering), claims or other
liabilities.

or a portion of Mygenie’s assets, acquisition, bankruptcy, or similar event. If we sell any business or assets, we will disclose

www.mygenienetwork.com takes industry standard protocols and technology to protect registered user information. All transactions
performed through www.mygenienetwork.com are conducted in Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session. The Secure Socket Layer encrypts all
transaction data for transmittal in a format that prevents data theft. This process protects all private information from
being disclosed to third parties.
Mygnie.com also protects registered user information offline. All registered user information is restricted within our
offices. Servers used to store personally identifiable information are housed in a secure supervised environment. In
addition, only www.mygenienetwork.com employees who need specific information to perform a task are granted access to personally
identifiable information.
We take great care in maintaining the security of the site and your information and in preventing unauthorized access,
loss, misuse, alteration, destruction, or damage to it through industry standard technologies and internal procedures.
However, the transmission of data via the internet is not completely secure, and although we will do our best to protect
your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the site; any transmission is at
your own risk. Once we have received your data, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent
